Improving the quality of teachers to teach

Important issues that must be owned by a teacher's ability to identify learning problems, whether related to learning materials, classroom management, learning methods, media, interest and motivation in students, the ability of students and a teacher's ability to itself. In management education, the biggest responsibility in the hands of teachers, because teachers who interact directly with the students (learners). How can students learn with success depending on the quality of teachers as facilitators of learning and ability memposiskan as akselerator achievement of educational goals.
